I am excited to share about our Second **HearthQuest Permaculture Design Class – Birch Cohort**. We will be meeting online for 16 weeks every Tuesday evening from 15th September 2026. This **16-week online permaculture class** is the practical application of the **HearthQuest Vision**. Rooted in the three core Ethics – **Earthcare, Peoplecare, Fair Share** – and the **twelve Permaculture principles**, we offer a framework for organisational development designed specifically for those who are called to do regenerative, ecological, or socially engaged work. It is for those of us who recognise that volunteer burnout is a design flaw, not a requirement. Our class is project driven, and each member of the cohort develops a self-sustaining project which will support them and their work in the year to come. For more information about our class, and enrolment, you can find more information on our website at [https://root-to-reef.com/permaculture/](https://root-to-reef.com/permaculture/) You can also find us on the Mycelium Map: [https://mymap.eco/organisation/hearthquest-permaculture-design-class/](https://mymap.eco/organisation/hearthquest-permaculture-design-class/) As of 29th August we currently have only three remaining places. We keep our cohorts small to facilitate exchange and sharing. We are hoping to meet three talented people who will feel inspired to build with us in the four months to come. Please drop me a line and get in touch, if HearthQuest speaks to you. With my warm wishes, Dr. Pete Founder HearthQuest
